Early registration deadline is April 15, 2026. Payment and registration processes must be completed by this date. Late registration fees will apply for registrations made after this date.

Scientific Meetings
Access to scientific meetings provides an invaluable opportunity for researchers, professionals, and students to share knowledge, discuss innovative ideas, and foster collaborations.
Certificate of Attendance
Will be presented by the organization secretariat during the congress.
Congress Bag
Pen, notepad, etc. in the congress bag. Such materials will be delivered to the participants at the congress foyer area.
Programme & Abstract Book
The scientific program and the abstract book will be delivered in the congress foyer area in a usb memory. *An additional book will not be published.
Badge and Pocket Program
The badge to be delivered will be used during the congress. The pocket program, which is placed in the badge holder for easy access, will also be delivered during at the registration desk.
Coffee Breaks*
Hot and cold beverages and cookies will be served as an open buffet between sessions.

- In case of cancellation until April 15, 2026 : Full refund
- April 15 – June 15, 2026: 50% refund
- After June 15, 2026: No refund
- All refunds will only be made after congress
- All cancellations and changes must be made in writing to the Congress Organizing Secretary.
