Scientific Meetings
Access to scientific meetings provides an invaluable opportunity for researchers, professionals, and students to share knowledge, discuss innovative ideas, and foster collaborations.
Certificate of Attendance
Will be presented by the organization secretariat during the congress.
Congress Bag
Pen, notepad, etc. in the congress bag. Such materials will be delivered to the participants at the congress foyer area.
Programme & Abstract Book
The scientific program and the abstract book will be delivered in the congress foyer area in a usb memory. *An additional book will not be published.

Online access to the electronic version of the Acta Horticulturae symposium proceedings
Badge and Pocket Program
The badge to be delivered will be used during the congress. The pocket program, which is placed in the badge holder for easy access, will also be delivered during at the registration desk.

- In case of cancellation until May 15, 2026 : Full refund
- May 15 – July 15, 2026: 50% refund
- After July 15, 2026: No refund
- All refunds will only be made after congress
- All cancellations and changes must be made in writing to the Congress Organizing Secretary.

ISHS Young Minds Award
Discover the details of the prestigious ISHS Young Minds Award, dedicated to recognizing excellence in horticultural science among junior scientists.
Awarded during each ISHS Symposium, the International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS) presents two awards: one for the best oral presentation and one for the best poster presented. To be eligible, the junior scientist must be the lead and presenting author of the submission and typically must be enrolled in a university or college (undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate), with an age limit of 35.
This initiative is hoped to help young scientists and students improve their CVs and advance their careers. Winners are recognized in the ISHS membership magazine Chronica Horticulturae and receive a one-year complimentary membership of the ISHS and a Certificate
